A focus on challenging cases in which acute or chronic vomiting was a prominent clinical sign, diagnostic steps are summarized and emphasis placed on strategies undertaken to control the vomiting and the underlying condition successfully.
Dr. Tams is a well known national speaker with a knack for making the topic of vomiting and diarrhea fun and entertaining. He is an OSU graduate, with a CSU residency and a staff internship position at Angell Memorial Animal hospital in Boston under his belt. He currently is Chief Medical Officer for VCA as well as a staff internist at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital.
Dr. Tams will bring his vast experience and expertise in veterinary gastroenterology to challenge us with a case based presentation that will improve our handling of the tough patients.
We would like to thank Pfizer Animal Health for sponsoring this meeting and for bringing Dr. Tams to Grand Rapids!
