Topic: Practical Guide to In-House Cytology – Wet Lab with Dr. Michael Scott, clinical pathologist at MSU CVM
This is the requested Phase 2 of our cytology laboratory from November 2011. Dr. Scott will proceed with more hands-on evaluation of cytology slides from CVM’s clinical pathology library. Just like last time, you will have the opportunity to have your own microscope and box of slides. Dr. Scott and his resident will give hands on instructions and suggestion for improving our diagnostic skills in our own practice.

REMEMBER! This session is primarily for the DVMs that attended the Phase 1 cytology lab in November 2011 – we will build on the skills learned in that session. (if you were not able to attend the Phase 1 cytology laboratory, FEAR NOT! There has been a fairly large request to repeat this laboratory in the Fall of 2012 – stay tuned)
